Option 2: In red ink on a 3” x 5” notecard, please hand write the phrase: “RCs – R – US Sweepstakes #2” in large letters at the top of the card. Please provide the following information underneath the previously written phrase:

Telephone Number
E-mail Address
Date of Birth

Insert the card into a standard business-sized envelope. Handwrite the return address in black ink (participant must include full first and last name) and the mailing address on the front of the envelope and mail to: RCSRUS LLC, 1144 E. State St., Ste A183, Geneva, IL 60134.

Each valid mail in entry will receive two (2) Sweepstakes entries. All mail-in entries must include all requested information and format (as stated above) to be considered a valid entry. Bulk shipments (multiple entries in one shipping package), mail-in entries sent in larger than standard business envelopes, weighted envelopes, and/or envelopes with tacky substances on outside of envelop will not be accepted, and will be destroyed. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked between February 17, 2022 to March 15, 2022 and must be received by March 17, 2022. Mail-in entries must be original; no photo copies, facsimiles or reproductions of a mail-in entry will be accepted. Participant may submit an unlimited number of mail-in entries but each mail-in entry submitted must individually meet the criteria set forth in this section.

Requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged.
